May I ask what you use to uncompress tgz files on W2K?

Eventually I tried yet some more packers and found one that can unpack 
the RDoc-tgz.

Anyway I still wonder why the heck most of the packers don't get the 
RDoc file right but work fine with the tgz of ri?!
