Subject: soap4r from CVS won't work

I just downloaded soap4r from cvs.ruby-lang.org, but I've got a little
problem:

It seems that install.rb looks for a directory named ./redist, but the
same is not in the cvs :(

Some help? (apart from "idiot, use 1.4.7!")
