... because RAA is just "One More Thing" to do to release, and I've already
got little free time to do any of this. I can include updates to my website
in a build process, but maintaining the RAA entry is still a manual process
(AFAIK), so for small items I just skip it (plus, I don't think anyone will
be missing these contributions :)
