Changes since version 0.2

* support Win32(Cygwin, Mingw32):
  Ruby/GLib2, Ruby/Pango, Ruby/GdkPixbuf2, Ruby/GTK2,
  Ruby/Libart2, Ruby/Libglade2, Ruby/GnomeCanvas2.
* Fixed some bugs, Improved.
* Ruby/GTK:
  - Removed Gtk::Toolbar#insert_item/widget/element,
    Gtk::Toolbar#prepend_item/widget/element,
    Gtk::Toolbar#append_item/widget/element.
     Use Gtk::Toolbar#insert, prepend, append instead.
  - Removed Gtk::Combo#list, button, popup, popwin, set_item_string.
  - Added gtk-demo.
