Subject: Looking for Total Windows Solution

Hi:

I would like to install Ruby with an IDE on windows.
I don't use windows normally and hence I only
marginally follow its progress.

Is there a single installer that will give me ruby
and an IDE (like FreeRide?) in a single install?

I don't know if it matters, but do I need to be concerned
with mingw and cygwin or whatever?
