If I have a job, it could be up to 10-12 hours, if the incident occured, for instance, just as I was leaving for work. Though it might not be that bad, depending on what kind of internet access I have at work, if I can use it on break, or how close to home I find a job. This is the sort of the thing, however, that could be ameliorated by having an assistant admin, preferably in a significantly different time zone if they have regular day jobs, so somebody from europe or japan; I'm in USA mountain time by the way. And of course this is one of the factors for pricing it just to cover cost. In fact, I would probably suggest until the bugs get ironed out, that people only sign up for subdomains of my own domain, as opposed to their own TLD. Thanks for your interest. I wonder if I might not want to post similarly on the mod_ruby mailing list?! I don't want to offend by coming on too strong too soon though. George PS....I'm nowhere near finding a job :(
