Correction:  I just realized that the rubywin
executable doesn't appear to accept an argument.  So,
I had to point my explorer to a batch file that looks
like so:

@echo off
c:\ruby\bin\ruby %1
pause

And, of course, in the file type association dialog,
you'll need to put \path\to\batch.bat "%1". 

Now, I remember why I use UNIX. :)
