Remember that ActiveState isn't a charity; you would probably need to 
convince ActiveState that it's in their commercial interest to provide 
Ruby support in their product(s). For example, the Tk GUI builder tool 
is available only in Komodo 2.3 Professional, which lists for $295.00. 
Approximately how many customers do you think they would attract from 
this mailing list?
