Subject: Is there a how-to package/publish your library to the RAA note somewhere?

I am getting close to being done a first cut of a vCard/RFC 2425
decoding library, and I am wondering how I should be building the
install.rb, what is "expected" to be in it, whether I can upload it to
the RAA, or just the description (and have to find my own host site).

Has this been discussed before?
