There is GTK+ 2.2.0 for windows though http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/ but I'm not really into gtk. I'm just interested in Ruby GUI options and thought there might be windows support since you say "Yes, Ruby-GNOME2 is a binding for Ruby that allows you to create client-side GUI applications that are as platform independant as the ruby code you wrote it in." ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ on your front page.
