I am interested in this, too. And I really need something with more
browsing features than Emacs. (I've used it for C++ with etags and ECB
but I am a little bit fastidious from Smalltalk ;-)

Has anyone tried Eclipse or Sniff++ with Ruby? What about Practical
Ruby (that's a Scintilla based IDE)?
