Subject: ruby-talk digest mode?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a "digest" mode for ruby-talk?

I'm writing a "Getting Help" section for my tutorial and I mention the 
mailing list.  However, it occurs to me that someone who is not used to 
high-traffic lists might be a bit overwhelmed.  A digest option would be 
useful for some people.
