No harm in asking.  Maybe we can workout something.
They are not using "ruby.org" for anything really.  They are just offering 
addresses of the form 'name.ruby.org'.  Perhaps we can get the domain and 
agree to let them keep the *.ruby.org addresses they already assigned.
