Sorry for not responding long time.
A person kindly told me that the author Eli seems to not have
a plan to continue maintaining the project.  So we shold
remove the entry from RAA or add a comment.

By the way, why don't you search RAA with 'fastcgi'?
You will find

there.  The author MoonWolf is still active in Japanese community.
Though he said that the fcgi API is not compatible with that of
fastcgi...
