Subject: New address for Ruby IRC (chat) channel

Hi --

Just to repeat something from another thread, but with its own
subject line:

To get to the Ruby IRC channel #ruby-lang, you now have to connect
to irc.freenode.net, rather than irc.openprojects.net.

And by all means do! It's a happenin' place.
