REXML is really tasty, and there's libxml binding.

What concerns me more for this moment is performance.  Actually,
that's why I've asked if any kind person still has fastcgi.rb or
could tell 'just use fcgi'... (RAA link is broken)

PS: if there's something I could help with by fiddling with kind
of bytecompiler, I'd be eager to.
