Subject: [ANN] xml-configfile 0.6.0

Yo!

I have added again some useful features to class XmlConfigFile (A class 
for an easy handling of XML configuration files):

* Literals for boolean values can be freely configured now.

* Installation uses Minero Aoki's setup package now.

* Default value returned by method getBooleanParameter is nil now.

* A lot of test cases were added.

* A lot of documentation was added and improved.

I have to thank Sandra Silcot for tests and bug fixes!
