Subject: Windows Installer 1.6.8

Hi all,

The newest Windows Installer for Ruby 1.6.8 is now
available at http://rubyinstaller.sourceforge.net.

This incorporates more documentation, contributed fixes and
a more modern interface.

There are a few rough edges I still need to address, but
as I'm headed out of town all next week I thought you might
want this version in the meantime.

Enjoy!
