Subject: Ruby DCL documentation

Hello.

I was taking another look at the Ruby graphics interface named 'DCL'
which is part of the http://www.gfd-dennou.org/ project.

Unfortunately I Japanese illiterate and I cannot find any screen shots
or an english version of their tutorials.  Can anyone give a synopsis of
what the DCL graphics library does or is used for?

I'm looking for something that I can use to create line plots and
two- and three-dimensional contour plots using the information design
principals of http://www.edwardtufte.com/.
