Subject: Embedding Ruby in C

I'm trying to figure out how to embed the ruby interpreter in C.

I thought that I had seen a chapter on this on PickAxe but I can't find it
now.  I can only find the chapter on extending ruby.

Could anyone tell me where I can find information on this?
