Not sure if there are any plans at a reprinting of the Pickaxe; at least not 
for a while (IIRC from comments by Dave), regardless of how much we'd all 
like to buy it. ;-)

The Ruby Way by Hal Fulton has a section on FXRuby (although the API has 
changed a touch since then, as projects tend to do).

The best sources of information AFAIK are still the FOX documentation 
(http://www.fox-toolkit.org/doc.html) and FXRuby site 
(http://fxruby.sourceforge.net/).
