Thanks for such a prompt reply. I searched through my Mandrake distribution 
and didn't get a hit. My distrinution is a free cut down version that I got 
from a local PC Mag.

Would you be able to tell me which RPMs I need. I'll download them from my 
local ftp mirror.

Much appreciate. I'm really looking forward to getting this thing working. 
Ruby and FXRuby look like a really good framework for quickly developing 
Apps.
