Subject: [ANN] XTemplate -- XML Template Library

Hello,

I've released XTemplate, which is a small XML template system using xmlscan.
XTemplate is very similar to the Amrita. However, multibyte characters bothered
me when processing a XML document with Amrita and REXML. So I've began to develop
the XTemplate using xmlscan. It works with EUC-JP, UTF-8 and so on.

Thanks,
