Where can I find details about what works and doesn't
when holding Ruby CodeFests?

For example,

Would a vacation home with only a single phone line with
a wireless residential gateway work?
(E.g., http://geocities.com/~kleb/windsurfn/house/)

How are the computers set-up?  What sort of tables, chairs,
etc., facilitate?

How long (days)?

Is a local CVS server useful?
