Subject: any japanese books being translated to english ??

hello

maybe this was discussed before.

there are many cool books about Ruby in Japanese.

are there any efforts (for example by Oreilly) to translate
some of the books to english (or german, french, spanish) ???

at
http://dev.ruby-lang.org/en/

I saw for example
"Ruby source code Kanzen Kaisetsu - Ruby Hacking Guide"

it would be very, very cool to have this in english.
maybe it would be helpful to write publishers like Newriders or Oreilly.
has anybody already done this ??

I would learn japanese but I am already very busy to get a basic of
understanding of Spanish and French and improving my English.
