By proof, the language you are trying to gate (Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.) could vary but the question would remain the same. Use http://groups.google.com to find an IIS group that knows any of the above languages; you may even find the answers there. Or you could read the fine manual. I remember (vaguely) something to do with a cascade of property sheets, one for each web-published folder, including its scripting settings.
