`foo[key]<<=value' works as `foo[key]=foo[key]<<value'.

foo = Hash.new {[]}	# 1.7 feature
data.each {|line|
  line =~ /^(.*?)=(.*)$/
  foo[$1.strip] <<= $2.strip
}
