Subject: Spreadsheet/Excel distro fix

All,

I made a stupid mistake and forgot to include the
excel.rb file in the original tarball.  I've uploaded
a new tarball to sourceforge and modified the RAA link
to point to this file.  I also made a minor fix to the
install.rb file.

Consider this release 0.0.1a
