A very good german resource is "Programmieren mit Ruby" by Dave & Andy. It's the german translation of thier English book (the pick axe book entitled "Programming Ruby"). Note, that this is a real book, it's hard covered. I bought it @ Lehmann's Fachbuchhandlung in Hamburg for some 19-odd Euros - it was about 59 Euros originally, but for some reason Addison-Wesley dropped the price drastically to below 20 (T)euros. Great for me - not so great for Dave & Andy, sorry to you! OTOH I wouldn't have bought it at all @ 50, because I already own the original English book. Note, too, that this is not the translation by Katins (et al?) mentionend earlier. Happy rubying Stephan
