Subject: Wiki update + suddenly offline = frustration

I'd just finished updating a Wiki page, hit save and guess what?  My modem had
(been) disconnected.  So the target web page is unavailable, and the "back"
button doesn't work: "page has expired".

Result: work lost.

I don't suppose there's anything anyone can do about this, but I thought I'd
mention it anyway.
