After running the 'install.rb config' step, which generates the Makefile in /var/tmp/fxruby/FXRuby-1.0.14/ext/fox, edit that Makefile and add the line: .SUFFIXES: .cpp to the top of the file. Then return to the top-level directory and try 'install.rb setup' again. Hope this helps, Lyle
