Subject: Ruby/Java integration revisited

Hi,

One and a half years ago, a co-worker and I began development on an
extension for Ruby to provide Java integration. We were going full
speed ahead, but unfortunately unforeseen circumstances arose which
forced us to abrubtly halt development on this extension.

Six months ago, I re-engineered this project to use as a solution for
a current project of mine. Again, however, it died.

I am posting this message because I have the beginnings of an
architecture to allow Ruby to use the Java VM. If there is an interest
in the project moving forward, I would be happy to share the source so
that it can develop into a usable extension to access Java from Ruby.

for something like this, or if you can assist in development.
