Dave explained his vision for RDoc to Jim and I at RubyConf 2002, and while I do
not want to speak for Jim , I believe it satisfies many of the goals outlined on
ruby-doc.

My work on Rimport, and to some extent ruby-doc.org, were sort of "gee, I wonder
if ..."  type things, and were fairly easy to implement.  Throwing a web
interface over ri was low-hanging fruit. But I'd rather not spend time hacking
add-ons when there's a opportunity to do it right.

So, Dave, I'm offering my help to work on RDoc.
