Subject: [ANN] RTidy/CityDesk

I have completed a complex application -- I won't be putting it on 
RAA, because it's more of a support application for another program 
than something that is useful stand-alone -- and am offering it up 
for people to look at to see what/how I did it.

This program has two output interfaces (the input interface is a 
command line and configuration files), a TUI and a GUI, driven from 
the same basic code with blocks as callbacks. While the resulting 
unified UI could be cleaner (and it's very specific to this 
application), it works quite well.

This is the project for which I wrote the MIME::Types and 
Text::Format port.
