Subject: RAA reorganization

hey all, 

the good folks down at RAA just released a new design (alot nicer, IMHO),
and it has become much more apparent now that there are alot of superfluous 
categories -
things like 'Development' vs 'devel'. 

this message, then,
is written to all authors of RAA projects that exist in a sub category that 
contains few other projects,
and that is heirarchically below or logically equivilent to some other sub 
category.
i ask that those authors consider whether or not it would be better to 
merge, delete, rename or otherwise reorganize where their project is 
categorized.
