I like this idea.

In current RAA, for example, major category "Library" has
78 sub categories.  There are some projects where "only
one project in its sub-category".(*)  It's not bad thing
but there could be a chance that your project is not in
suitable sub category.

Owners, would you please check sub-category of your
projects at your leisure?  And please self-categorize if
needed.

(*) We realize it while this RAA replacing.
