Subject: late registration for conference

Hi --

I'm getting lots of requests for late registration to the conference.
I'm delighted to see the interest -- in this age of attendance
droppage, we're well over where we were last year -- but the logistics
are teetering on the brink of labyrinthineness....  So here's the
deal; please read carefully, and share with anyone you know who might
need to know this:

You can still register for the conference sessions.  However, meals
are another matter.  The conference dinner is fully booked (and then
some).  If you register now, you will have to make your own plans for
that meal.  Also, on Monday I will give the Convention Center a final
count for the lunches and continental breakfasts.  Once I've done
that, there will be no room at those meals either.

T-shirts: I've ordered some extras, but I'm not sure whether there
will be enough to give to everyone who's registering late.

To register, deposit $200(US) in the "ruby@candle.superlink.net"
account at PayPal (http://www.paypal.com).  If it's not under your
name (e.g., if someone in your office does the signing up), make sure
your name is included in a comment field, and/or email me.  Also, let
me know if you have any special food requirements.
