  TANAKA Akira has asked when we get LocalJumpError
  caused by `next' or `redo'.  Nobuyoshi Nakada has
  showed these examples:

    # case 1
    def foo
      next
    end

    # case 2 (toplevel)
    next

[ruby-dev:18537] symbol literal with non-alphanumeric

  Nobuyoshi Nakada posted the patch which allows
  new symbol literal expressions like this:

    %s(This is a symbol)      # == 'This is a symbol'.intern

    :'This is a symbol'       # == 'This is a symbol'.intern

    :"\xff"    # == "\xff".intern
               # NOTE: expression interpolation is not allowed

  Matz has not decided to merge this patch yet.
  This issue is still open.
