What, you already had a C compiler for a Commodore 64 back then?  You were
ahead of your time, buddy.  I myself journeyed through BASIC and FORTRAN
for many years before I touched C.

Regarding cellular automata, isn't that the foundation of Wolfram's "A New
Kind of Science"?  You were definitely ahead of your time....
