True. Dr. Chukwuma should do some research into e-mail encryption 
techniques. I am sure that his client, the "Director of Contracts and 
Finance Allocations of the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing in 
Nigeria", would appreciate a little more discretion, considering his 
"very strategic and influential position".

I just never thought to mention it the previous 5,000 times I got this 
e-mail from them ;)
