All-

I'll be doing an introductory class on ruby here at Forcast System
Laborartory of N.O.A.A. in a few weeks.  I've got my own reasons why
programmers in our building might want to learn ruby, but I thought it
might be interesting to hear some of yours!

If you have an interesting tibbit, code snippet, or rational for
learning ruby, please go to :

and submit it.  I would love in incorporate it into my presentation.

Personally, I have moments a couple of times per week when I think
'man, that sure was easy to do in ruby', these are the sorts of things
I'm hoping for, but feel free to enter what you wish.
