Subject: Platforms?

May I ask on what platforms you're using Ruby?
Does anyone know about an IDE for Ruby on Windows? 

Under IDE I understand too, that e.g there's an Resourcen Editor
available for building GUIS graphically.

I know there exist Glade, which has worked fine for me. But is
something like that available for Windows too?

How about Ruby and COM? I found the winole stuff but that is not fully
COM, so does someone have better suggestions?
