|My <sys/resource.h> includes <bits/resource.h> which in turn includes
|<asm/resource.h>. This is part of glibc, no? Which on my machine was

I just don't know. Only thing I can tell your is that my glibc 2.1.3
<bits/resource.h> does not include <asm/resource.h>.
