Isn't this like saying, "We know that violins have strings, and those
helps them produce sound, so let's put strings on clarinets" ?

I keep coming back in my mind to my favorite (though anonymous,
unfortunately) quotation from Ruby Garden:

   "I would like to evolve FROM Perl, Java and C++ rather than TO Perl,
    Java and C++."
