Whenever I create a new file in RDE, it doesn't insert correct linefeeds for
Windows.  If I create the file in something else like WordPad and then open
it in RDE then RDE saves changes to it without messing up the linefeeds.
I've searched for a setting in RubyWin to correct this, but can't find it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
