Subject: [ruby-talk:5133] Ruby for Macintosh?

I've seen a couple of web pages (e.g. 
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/developer/library/ruby.html) mentioning 
Ruby for Mac. Do they really mean Mac OS 9 or earlier, or do they mean 
Mac OS X (BSD Unix)? I've just compiled it on Mac OS X Server, which was 
rather easy, but I also would like to be able to run it on today's 
standard Mac OS, which is not based on Unix.
