Subject: How to implement IME to a ruby/TK entry widget?

Hi all,
I posted a similar query a few weeks ago but I had no answers on how
ruby processes Unicode entered through the MS global IME. The only thing
I have been able to get is a series of ??? at the entry/TK ruby widget's
insertion point. 
I am using ruby 1.6.7 under the Windows 2000 platform.
