Subject: [ruby-talk:5084] Application Error #2 on Win2K

Running almost any version of ruby (1.4 and 1.6), if I just run ruby by
typing "ruby"....and then I hit Ctrl-C to break out, I receive:

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000029) occurred in the
application at location 0x77fb0738.

Running Windows 2000 Professional, compiled with MSVC6.0 sp4, and July 2000
Platform SDK.
