Yet if they are protecting the name now, it's probably because they 
think it may become widespread enough, and thus want to keep the path 
open just in case.

BTW, Active<Everything Else> can be downloaded for free. Couldn't 
they package an ActiveRuby too? On the selling side, they could 
package it in the CD which contains all the others as "extra value" 
or something ...
