[ruby-talk:5043] ruby interface for vim

From: Shugo Maeda <shugo@...>

Hi,

I sent the Ruby interface patch for vim-5.4i to vim-dev ML at the
past time. At that time Ruby was not popular out of Japan, so the
patch was not interesting for most people.

But now Ruby is more popular than at that time. And I found the
syntax file included in vim-6.0h. That's very nice!

Then I modified the Ruby interface for vim-6.0h and ruby-1.6.0,
and wrote a document (if_ruby.txt).

You can get the patch at:

http://www.ruby-lang.org/~shugo/vim-ruby/vim-6.0h-if_ruby-1.diff.gz

(This patch does not include configure, so you have to run autoconf.)

I hope this patch will be included in vim in the future.

Shugo
